Food costs twice what food of comparable quality costs elsewhere. Wine prices are insane. Atmosphere? Noisy and COLD. It's obviously popular (given the long line of cars waiting for valet parking in the undersized lot), but it beats me what they were lining up for.

Food served on both floors; upstairs typically finger food while playing pool/snooker. Nice bar area as well. Great location for company or team outing. Food options from finger food to very qualitative food. One of my favorites there was an asparagus risotto (though not sure if that is served all year long).

When you pay $60 for a steak in Boston - you understand that you are paying Boston prices, rent, etc. You also get top quality food. At Incontro the prices are Boston prices, but for $60 in Franklin I would expect a much better quality and portion. I'm not saying that it's not good food at Incontro - it is... More

Although I've eaten downstairs once, I really prefer getting together with friends upstairs in the lounge. If you're looking for a relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere, try the "bar". It's not like any bar I've ever been to….big leather chairs and couches, half-round, elevated private booths, lots of wood, cozy lighting - the only thing that would make it 100% perfect... More

We chose Incontro for my birthday dinner last night and happy we did. We've eaten there many times before, but never with the kids. I wasn't sure what to expect but we had the best experience. Our server was amazing with them...all the way down to subtly mentioning the mac and cheese was delicious but white not yellow. He clearly... More

I went with a mixed group of two visiting parents, two kids and me to Incontro for a celebratory holiday dinner in the downstairs restaurant. The atmosphere of the building was perfect for the occasion as long as you like semi-formal and lots of dark wood (we did). The service and food were both very good with something for everyone.... A coworker brought us here for dinner, this was the second time I had visited. The building is nice, and the restaurant looks the part but the food was decidedly underwhelming. I found it way too salty and not really flavorful. I had Lobster risotto and the lobster was rubbery, and the risotto very salty. I had fish both times... More

I've been to Incontro several times over the years and have seen a steady decline, so this is not a one time experience. While the prices are high the food is average. Feels like they are going through the motions. I ordered the Scallops Risotto. They were rubbery and tasteless, almost as if they had been frozen. Service was "eh".... More

We wanted to eat outside the stadium so we chose this place. Hood choice in terms of food. Service was not very good. Slow and inattentive.

WOW! What a great place. We sat upstairs at the bar and had such a great dinner! I got the tomato mozzarella salad, my husband thad the wedge salad and we both got their daily special of crabmeat ravioli with tomatoes and artichoke hearts in a yummy cream sauce-just fantastic! We will sure be back; we even played some pool-so... More
