Wine selection surprisingly delish. Ordered bang bang wings with pineapple and cilantro, extremely tasty.

My husband and I came to the Vineyard for the holiday weekend. We were actually looking for another restaurant and missed our turn, so we pulled into the parking lot of Sharky's to turn around. I was famished to say the least, so he suggested that I stopped in to take a look at the menu (he only eats chicken... More
I was in town on business for a few days staying at the Clarion. Decided to stop into Sharky's for a beer after work one day, and I was pleasantly surprised with the service and food quality. I guess I was expecting normal bar food/Mexican food, but quickly realized that wasn't going to be the case when I saw the... More
Take-out from Sharky's Cantina in Edgartown last night was awful! The nacho appetizer had soggy, stale chips over-smothered with hot green chilis. The shredded chicken was more like a flavorless meat blob. Guacamole had already began to turn brown. My husband & I each got the fajitas. I ordered the steak fajitas, which tasted like it may have been made... More
We don't use hot green chilis, a mexican dressing, have cube steak and we don't have styrofoam containers in house- appears this is either a fake review or placed for the wrong business. Thanks! More
Really good Mexican and fast service can't beat the quesadillas they are the best good atmosphere tvs for sporting events the new menu item Macadilla was unreal if your craving McDonalds on the island this meal is like having a Big Mac with a beer
Sharky's Cantina wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best Mexican food we've had.. The service was very good. Our waitress was very busy, but she frequently stopped by to see if we needed anything else. We ordered drinks, but we were surprised that they didn't bring out any tortillas or salsa to nibble on. We enjoy Mexican food, and we've... More
Thank you for joining us...regarding the salsa and chips, the reason we need to charge a nominal amount for them is that instead of factory cooked salsa from a bucket like many others offer, we feature fresh pico de gallo, made in house daily with fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice. It would just be too... More
Just wanted to give a shout out to sharkys of edgartown -- they never disappoint!! Cranberry margaritas were the specialty yesterday and they did not disappoint. I went with the taco salad with ground beef and it was great as always.. the rest of my group went with the gobbler quesadillas-- can you say YUM!! They were awesome-- and enough... More
We arrived here at opening time for lunch on a holiday. We had three kids under the age of three with us. We were warmly welcomed despite a crying baby. We ordered for the kids immediately and the food was quickly served. Our servers were fantastic - checking to see what else we needed, checking on the quality of the... More
Early November on Martha’s Vineyard seemed to be already out of season and Edgartown itself was quite deserted with many of its restaurants closed. So on our recent trip there we stopped at Mexican restaurant Sharky’s Cantina for a quick lunch. As it was unusually warm and sunny we asked to be seated outside and even though the area was... More
