To avoid during high season, this beach restaurant offers small meal portions at salted prices , but it is the only inside Nauset beach park at Orleans on the west shore of the Cape

There are so many errors in this brief review, but we will try to respond appropriately. We do not salt or garnish with sauce our food in any way, allowed our customers to add what they please at their pleasure. Liam's is an ocean view restaurant on the Atlantic Ocean as far EAST as you can get on Cape Cod.... More

We find this place most enjoyable for food while at the Nauset Beach. The service is always efficient and the food of good quality. They are know for their onion rings. However, we really enjoyed their salmon sandwich for lunch. It wasn't a salmon burger but a real piece of salmon. It was excellent. Of course their onion rings were... More

I don't wait in line for anything - except Liam's. Of course after standing in line for almost an hour, I want to make sure I'm good for a while. So of course onion rings are a must, and taste great! On this occasion I got fish and chips, which were chunks of white fish cooked to perfection. And don't... More

Ordered Fried Shrimp and Fried scallop basket....both were just saturated with oil to the point of unenjoyable. The breading would not stay on the scallops due to all the oil. Now the seafood did not taste bad and this review probably could have been a 4, but Ill never know. A bit pricey for a beach stand as well. Place... More

We carefully and consistently lightly bread our seafood so the flavor is emphasized over the breading. We also, not once but twice in the process, extract the excess PURE VEGETABLE OIL to enhance the dining experience. The part of the review we agree with is that "The place was packed". We have an avid following for our award-winning homemade onion... More

A great clam shack RIGHT ON THE BEACH at Nauset. They serve a variety of fried items - the usual clams, scallops, fish etc. Also grilled burgers & GREAT hot dogs. There's something for everyone at Liam's.

What a treat to eat good food at a beach. Plenty of picnic tables with umbrellas to eat at. Went twice this week, both times the food was great. Service excellent. Fish sandwiches, wraps, gilled chicken, and the milk shakes (frappes) yummy!

The food is yummy. The best way to enjoy this food is to order as you are packing up from the beach. They need half an hour or better to make the food. It will be advisable to take the food back to your hotel instead of getting sand in your food!:-)

I honestly don't think I've ever had anything from Liam's besides their onion rings (maybe french fries a long time ago?), but they literally have the best onion rings I've ever had. I don't even like onion rings and for some reason I keep coming back for theirs. I have to visit whenever I'm on the cape. Because it's at... More

Liam's (formerly Philbricks) has been serving up ice cream, fried fish and its justly famous onion rings for decades, right on the beach at Nauset. One bit not everyone knows, is that after 5, you don't have to pay ($20! during beach hours) for parking and can drive up, park and order your meal to eat there on picnic tables... More

This was our first time visiting this area and beach stand. It's crowded and a favorite stop based on the crowd. There are picnic tables to eat at in the sand. It is a beach shack type place to eat. The prices are quite high in my opinion. The lobster roll was expensive as were the other items. They load... More

Actually, we weigh every portion of seafood, including the highest grade of lobster meat so our valued customers get the same generous portion every time they come to Liam's. The lobster roll is weighed at 1/2 pound of meat with a portion of french fries on the side in a separate container, so as not to mask the portions. I... More
