This is the message I sent directly to Bass Water Grill through Facebook messenger. I got a response saying I would hear back from the manager very soon. Never heard back. Also posting a couple photos of the Prime Rib I was served. Ordered medium rare, too raw to eat. Had dinner tonight at your restaurant with my wife and... More

So my spouse and I went with his family here while visiting. It was a Friday night and busy. No one really had any complaints about the food. Server was nice, but service was just ok. They only had a few waitresses who were also hosting. Thus, it took a while to get service, and people were waiting to be... More

If you're anywhere in the Berkshires, a trop to Bass Water Grill should be on your list. Delicious food all around, friendly staff, and 4 of us dined for under $90 including tip. Very good value for $.

Been a few times! Calamari is soaked in oil and a bit much. Breakfast is too expensive for the options. Was wanting hash but it's not on the menu. Saw a table eating it on my way out. Must be who you know and whether they are friendly to you to get the whole menu. Wash your coffe mugs! Yuck

Had a birthday party of 18 people. The wait staff that we had was friendly, service was quick. Not one complaint on appetizers or entrees.

Walked in to no employee place and had to wait until waitress/bartender showed up. Ordered Reuben and glass of club soda with lime. Take a look of lime? that I received with my club soda. Food arrived pretty fast. Probably because they weren't busy. Sandwich was a little saggy and salty. French fries previously frozen. Overall 3 points for for... More

The food was nothing special. I can make a better sandwich at home! I was so sick after eating here that I couldn't stand for six hours after. Gross.

It took 10 mins to see an employee and get seated. No refills on drinks and only one person covering the whole dining room with at least 7 tables occupied. My spouses food was great and mine was just average. Location terrific for those riding the recreation trail.

TA noted this restaurant was closed on Mondays but we found it open at 3pm. The food was fresh and very good. We had baked clams, stuffed mushrooms, soup of the day, Shrimp Alfredo with linguini and fish n chips. Everything was very good. Had leftovers. Alfredo sauce was made fresh. Salad was fresh and crispy. Hugh piece of crispy,... More
