We had our daughter and son in laws wedding here. Since we never saw this venue in person as we live out of state the only photos we saw were on line - well they need to update the website photos. The carpets were stained...and dirty along with the curtains in the ballroom. The chairs they were using in the ballroom for the ceremony were all stained so we were forced to pay for the chair covers as there was no way anyone, let alone our guest,s should sit in dirty stained chairs. We pointed out areas that need to be cleaned, ie the fireplace, the doors that went out to the deck, the bathrooms. Very disappointing. My understanding is that this venue has had a large turn over of staff, however, Breann did the best she could. The champagne toast, which was included in the amount we paid for the wedding, was never served. The food started being served before the bride and groom were announced into the reception. It was disorganized to say the least. The night before the wedding we were told that after the reception we can go out to the deck where there is a bar and continue with the party as they usually stay open till 1:00. Well the night of the wedding they were having a private party and we would all have to pay $10 to get in. Really! We were actually told the wedding was over and everyone was to leave. Some of the centerpieces that the staff had "boxed up" are lost along with the toasting glasses for the Bride and Groom. The venue claims that they cannot find the glasses and that the centerpieces were smashed in the parking lot by the groomsmen. Well let me set this straight, the best man is 30+ years old and the other groomsmen are the bride and grooms children, ages 13, 10 and 2 years old - come on The Fountains we need a better story than that!. We were trying to pay our bar tab and the venue kept on telling us our card would not go through as it was being denied by the bank. Well that night when we got back to our hotel we called our bank and were told that the venue had charged our card over $1400 then tried to charge another 3 charges on it. Our bank shut down the card as they felt it was suspicious. We went back to the Fountains and were told "oops, must of been a mistake" and that they would credit our card. We spoke to one of the owners, mind you by text message as he wasn't man enough to pick up the phone, and he said "take it up with your bank they will fix it". Really? Who they hell are they to just charge whatever they want when they want? The owner and his son, Gus and Ulysses are very rude, no customer service at all. They should not be in this business! So brides and grooms if you are thinking of The Fountains RUN don't walk away. There are more venues out there in this area that will make your day the best day of your lives!More

The food isn't very good. Portions are very small. Our waitress was terrible. We will not be returning to this place. Sorry to have to give a bad review but honesty is required for this site.

Went with a friend Saturday night to listen to a favorite band playing. The band was awesome and no cover charge which was awesome also. My friend and I wanted something to eat so I asked if they were still serving dinner, they were not...but offered lite fare, it was 8:45pm so if they didn't that was ok. I did notice the prices were quite high. Bacon wrapped scallops $14.00 for (5) appetizer pricey and tasted ok. Nachos $12.00 appetizer nothing to write home about. Malibou and diet $9.00, White Zen $6.50. Service at the bar was awful she could not really answer any questions with more than a yes or no....and to add this is a closed in tiki type bar. I would go back to listen to a favorite band but I would make sure I had eaten and asked what the drink specials were.More

Very nice restaurant and bar located in a large conference and banquet building, inside a business and hotel park. It takes some navigation to make it from the main highway to the location. Freshly prepared food - just battered and fried cod, and fresh cut...fries for fish and chips - equal of a London pub. Nice selection of wine by the glass at an average of $6.00 for a decent pour. Overall... very good food at good prices in a nice setting.More

Amazing food, drinks, service, and entertainment. After our dinner at Steak Salisbury, we went outside to their deck bar and had a wonderful time. Bartenders were very attentive.

I love the crab dip. The cocktails was great, along with the live band "On the Edge". I had an amazing time.

Went with two couples to celebrate birthdays (my review on the restautant is separate). After dinner we went out to check the bar and band. Sorry to say the bartenders did not care and since they are responsible for booking bands, these guys were loud...and bad. I may be old but feel I know more about music in my left ear than that entire ensemble. Don't waste your time unless you're younger like early 20's.More
