My wife and I chose this small mountain side cafe to have lunch while sightseeing in the local area. The cafe is small and has a wide variety menu of coffees, sandwiches, snacks, and whatnot. The food tasted good and the coffees were great. The decor of the cafe was a let down to us. We expected a "mountain lodge"... More
Had lunch here and it was fine. Ordered a Greek salad, strawberry spinach salad and some soups. Hubs had a turkey sandwich. Standard fare, nothing special about the food. Tasted fresh and fine. I can make very similar at home without much effort. The lunch did the job, would I go back? I think I'd try a few other places... More
Very cute, quaint place. Breakfast burrito was recommended and it was delish! Everyone working there was very helpful and pleasant.
One of my favorites cafes at deep creek for breakfast and lunch. The food is fresh, made to order and delicious. Great variety due to daily specials and changing menu. The portions are not large and I wouldn't consider them cheap - but worth the small cost in my opinion. Even serves alcohol if your ready to start your vacation... More
Canoe has the best fresh home made sandwiches and salads. From home made chicken salad to the strawberry and walnut salad. Eat inside the cozy restaurant or sit outside with your pet under an embrella sipping your ice tea
Canoe on the Run was delicious. My daughter and I visited for breakfast. The Pumpkin Muffins, Omelet and Breakfast Burrito are delicious and well prepared. The atmosphere is enjoyable and there is a selection of coffees. Good place to get a quick breakfast.
This is a nice place to stop in and grab a breakfast sandwich or pastry with your morning beverage. This is the type of place you might find in a city street corner, but is out here in the country. Enjoy a comfortable local hangout.
This restaurant was clean, the food was made to order. Delicious and very popular! The service was perfect each time I went!
