We stayed at the Embassy Suites at BWI and we ordered from this restaurant. The food was great and it arrived hot and on time.

After a very stressful check in to a (less than stellar) hotel, we stumbled upon this restaurant online. This place was great. Everything was crazy good and super fast, but order online - there are A LOT of fantastic items on the online menu that are missing from the paper menu.

I have eaten here several times in the past,I only can say good things about, Happy Garden Chinese Restaurant. The place has pretty decent food ,but I am by no means a Chinese authority on great foods that they offer,I like the simple things ,Ribs,Fried rice , ,Etc.But I believe you will enjoy what they offer.

We stopped for lunch and although it's mostly takeout there are 5 tables there. The fried food was very light and crispy. The mai fun was very good. A couple of days later we returned with our daughter and granddaughter again for lunch. The owners have a 4 year old and kept our 2 year old entertained while we ate.... More

If first impressions are everything, missing my egg roll and getting two bags of crummy fried noodles isn't a great one. Traveling and I found this strip mall joint with decent reviews close to my hotel. I ordered a General Tso dinner combo with white rice, beef terraki sticks, and fried noodles. Tsos and white rice was good. Chicken stayed... More

We really love Chinese food....on our tour to Washington we stopped here but it ended up not being a good choice. Didn't liked the wonton, the chicken in the chicken soup was not good at all.... rice not cooked properly, just everything wrong on this stop. Happy that it was not expensive but it was a waste of time and... More

I'm from California -- San Francisco, even, and finding Chinese food that resembles China Town has been tough. Happy Garden does a very nice job of assembling their food. They don't flinch at special requests and will do anything they can to make a dish to your liking. One magical dish I have discovered is their House Special Won Ton... More

Good Chinese average price. Service was fast and location is easily found.Only drawback was it was served in a container that was filled to the brim and no room to put the rice in. I had to find a plate at my hotel.

Their food is great and the prices are very reasonable. If you happen to crave chinese and around the area this is the best spot to go to. The owner is very friendly and nice.

I have been eating here for a few months. Consistently good quality for price. I like them because they don't mess up the order, they are easy to understand and they have brown rice.
