The Lantz Restaurant is not the most glamorous place to dine, but the food and service is A+. I grew up in PA, loving dishes like Scrapple, Mush, Dried Beef Gravy. Does not get any better than this. After you eat, go and enjoy the Amish Bakery, Deli, Meat Counters, Produce Counters, etc. It is hard to leave this lace... More

My wife and I stopped in here last week for breakfast, during our trip to the Dutch Country Farmers Market. The service was excellent, the food hot and delicious. Try the Maple Turkey Sausage!

Ran across this restaurant while researching the Larurel area. Wow! The reviews were correct. The food is home made and delicious. Before you head into the restaurant walk around the place. Its actually a lot more. There is a full service deli, butcher shop, a pickle station??? and the bakery oh my!! You can gain 10 lbs just by looking... More

My husband and I wanted to eat here but found out after leaving Denny's due to a 30 minute wait, that this restaurant is only open Thursday through Saturday. We were really disappointed since you can rarely go wrong with an Amish restaurant.

If you want to eat at a really nice Amish restaurant without having to go all the way to Pennsylvania Amish country, this is the place. This restaurant is really nice. The service is friendly and fast. The food is fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have specials like their lunch crab cake... More

You must try the creamed chip beef over toast or over home fries. Yummy. If you have room for dessert, try the wonderful Coconut Custard Pie. This restaurant is inside of the Laurel Country Market. Bakery, Deli, Meat and Cheese Counters, etc.

This restaurant is conveniently located inside of the Dutch Country Farmer's Market and is worth a visit. They have a breakfast special with eggs, toast, sausage, and potatoes or grits. They also have other breakfast items as well as lunch options. If you are hungry and looking for a filling and hearty meal, come and eat here.

Visiting a friend in Baltimore and she suggested a visit to the Amish market in Laurel, MD. We decided to have a late breakfast at the small "diner" tucked in the corner of the market. We made no mistake as it was definitely a "stick-to-the-ribs" breakfast...sausage, french toast, creamed chipped beef on toast. It brought back childhood memories!!!

Nothing fancy about Lantz Restaurant - just a great place to get home-cooked meals at reasonable prices, with friendly service. Lantz Restaurant is inside the Dutch Market in Laurel, MD (reviewed separately). Last time I was there, I had the pot roast, which melted in your mouth. I can't recommend this place enough for a quality meal that tastes like... More
