At 7:30 on a Saturday morning, I would have expected more restaurants to be open - but they weren't; so we pulled into P-n-D ('cause they were!). It's exactly what you would expect (if you're over 60): friendly waitresses, a crowd that seemed to all know each other, big portions, bottomless cup of coffee, no asking about food allergies, hand... The food at Park n Dine is good country cookin' if not exceptional. It reminds me of my grandmother's meals, good home cooked comfort food. The buffet provided an adequate number of choices for the main meal and dessert. The service was friendly if not the most attentive. The dining rooms are showing age but comfortable enough.

We were just looking for a light lunch and the soups at Park N Dine hit the spot. B had the Cheesy Broccoli while I had the Vegetable. Quick service and tasty soup hit the spot. We will be going back when passing thru.

Every time my wife and I are in Hancock, we stop in for breakfast or dinner. The food is good and the prices are okay. Great view of the Rail/Trail and C&O Canal.

Went here for supper after a day of biking on the c&o. The food was excellent, home made and not instant potatoes, real turkey and not the processed sliced stuff you get at so many places. Husband had roast beef, said it was very good. Was a little disappointed the all you can eat salad bar closed at 4pm. We... More

Good food - but needs a good detailing . Looking a little shabby. It is an older restaurant and could use some updating.

We stopped in Hancock to have lunch on a Sunday afternoon. They had several items on their menu to choose from. My wife got a Philly cheese and I got the shrimp basket. The portions were large, the food was good, the wait staff pleasant, and the prices were fair. The restrooms could have used some attention.

Number 8 in Hancock, really? This is the best place, #1 in my book. My family has been traveling from Maryland to Pittsburgh or Chicago and we always stop here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My husband and I stopped here for dinner tonight and enjoyed it as always. Very clean, friendly staff and delicious food. I had the turkey... More

Not the most modern but if you like country cooking with large helpings, this is the spot. Maryland crab soup outstanding along with real turkey dinner with scallop potatoes-excellent. Also had chopped sirloin dinner, again very good. Tiffany our waitress friendly and efficient. Second night had sandwiches, again quite good.

Worst restrooms in America. First stall had broken toilet seat laying on the floor, 2nd stall toilet was flooded, and door had no lock on it. 3rd stall toilet had a pile of turds on top of the tank. wish i took pics of it. Food expensive and low quality
