A tire emergency caused us to overnight in Kent Narrows rather than continuing home to NJ. Dinner at Harris Crab House helped soothe the problem. We enjoyed the experience fully and would recommend Harris to anyone who enjoys seafood. From the hotel, I found this well rated restaurant on Trip Advisor. It proved to be exactly what I was looking... More

Omg. We were in town to take possession of a boat and wanted crabs. So we headed here for dinner and drinks. We got all You can eat crabs! It's a very casual setting with brown paper coveted tables and old bay crabs on a table with Mallets. But it's a great experience

If you want a classic crab house experience on the Maryland Easter Shore eat here. We usually go upstairs like we did on this day for a window seat of the water to watch the boats go by. It's quiet .. If you like more action eat downstairs. Although they had Blues we ordered Alaskan King Crab Legs. Delicious and... More

Once again enjoyed food and service. My favorite is crab cakes preceeded by a bowl of cream of crab soup. Christine, our server, was attentive and very efficient.

Sitting on the water with great local seafood and friendly excellent staff. I had the fried seafood platter all items were great and cooked perfectly. Hush puppies and Cole slaw wonderful. My wife's barbecue shrimp and grits was done well. Thanks Kaylea for great service.

I had the Tuna steak sandwich and it was very good. Service is fast and friendly. We tried to buy shirts on the way out, but they were out of stock on larger sizes and children's sizes and the girl at the desk wasn't really willing to get up and look for them.

They have the biggest crabs I have ever seen. We ordered a dozen Jumbo and they are enormous. You can only eat about 2 may be and you are full. The waitstaff are extremely helpful and pleasant. A yearly trip is always planned.

Have been three times now and probably the last. The overall atmosphere is good and is right on the water -- very nice sunsets. Also, large crowds and long tables. It's a low key crab house. Crabs are good. Most of the other food was overcooked, cold or greasy. Very pricey overall for all of their stuff. Better value can... More

Stopped here on our way back from Rehoboth Beach, DE to the DC Metro area. First thing you'll note is the welcoming casual atmosphere and a dining room filled with tables covered in brown paper… an obvious sign that this is a "pick your own crabs" kinda place. Although we didn't have the crabs on this visit, the varied menu... More

If you are from Maryland and have never tried Harris Crab House, well you have missed a part of your heritage and some really great seafood! It is Kent Narrows dining history, they have the marks of staying there even after several great floods that came up to their markers on the way up the stairs to the main door.... More
