My wife and I had dinner here. Food was good and the beer was reasonably cold. Service was okay. The place was packed when we arrived about 5 so I advise coming early.

Great atmosphere. Homey. Great happy hour pricing on pints. Great service. Tonight's meal? Disappointing. Jalapeno poppers? Overcooked. Shrimp and Tasso? Fewest shrimp in this dish than ever. Five. And, the dish was lukewarm. Looked like I would have had to skim the fat from the sauce. May have to order something different next visit. :( Not giving up.

We were walking through the pedestrian mall in Cumberland when we found this restaurant. A very well stocked, nice bar. The restaurant seats about 30-40 people. Nice atmosphere, good pub food, some other nice entrees. We ate at the bar and had excellent service. Chicken cordon bleu potato skins were a big hit. Definitely worth a visit or two if... More

Choosing a lunch venue in Cumberland was a crap shoot for us since it was our first visit to town. We were pleased with the Baltimore Street Grill. Cumberland was not very busy on a Thursday before Christmas. We grabbed a talltop table near the bar and each of us ordered crab soup. We also split a tuna steak sandwich,... More

We eat here a lot during the summer months usually on Fridays when the Cumberland Comes Alive entertainment is taking place. We have our meal and a few drinks while we enjoy the music. It is not a big place but they do have some outdoor seating when the weather is nice.

I went here based on the reviews and ordered the crab cakes. They consist of shredded crab with no lump meat and each was 4oz. If I recall they advertise them as the best damn crab cakes. This maybe the case in western Maryland, but certainly not in all of Maryland. They had good flavor and I was unsure if... More

We were in Cumberland MD at the Rocky Gap Casino and decided to try the Baltimore Street Grill for dinner. Three couples went. They had a good beer selection, both bottle and on tap. They also had a good selection of mixed drinks. Cajun was their specialty for dinner. We had jambalaya, shrimp creole, crawfish etouffee and crabs. Everyone enjoyed... More
