Service was excellent. Melting Pot is a place to go to enjoy those you are dining with and have those long overdue talks. It takes time to go through all the courses but I love not being rushed so I can enjoy the company. Place was clean and quiet. Servers were excellent with explaining everything.

We've been here several times with our family and friends, but won't be back. Each visit, we've left saying it wasn't worth it when you consider the quantity of actual food you receive in relation to the cost. The tray this last time had more lettuce filler on it than food. The presentation looked nice, but there was barely enough... More

This is possibly our 4th or 5th visit to the Melting Pot in Columbia. Yes it is that good! Jeremy and James (in training) were great. We had the Fiesta Cheese Fondue, which came with the regular apples, carrots, cauliflower, celery and bread... and tortilla chips. Salads of course were next. This time my husband and I each had the... More

Horrible!! Wait staff hands were nasty and I had to send it back because curly hair was on my food. Disgusting! No manager came over. Very expensive for such horrendous conditions

My 10 year old daughter and I were in Columbia for a weekend soccer tournament. I have two other daughters so one on one time is very limited. I wanted to take her somewhere nice where she would enjoy herself. We arrive at the Melting Pot on Friday at 6pm without a reservation. The hosts was very pleasant and informed... More

This was our second time being at Melting pot. We loved the place the first time and had to go back again. Our waiter was very friendly, however he kept forgetting stuff. Like we had to ask him to get us our drinks, even though we told him what we wanted when he asked. Than their was a bug on... More

Donte was our server tonight. The food was good but he made the evening. His positive attitude was put to the test by a family that was demanding and rude. He stayed positive thru it all. He made our night. It is to bad that the other table did not appreciate what could have been a very nice time.

We had been to a Melting Pot before and had a wonderful experience. This was a disappointment. Our waiter seemed distracted. The food was good. We had a party of seven so maybe they are better at smaller parties. I would recommend The Melting Pot for a couple or maybe four people at most.

The place is good for groups or as a couple. We took advantage of the customer appreciation $68 per couple meal deal which included: cheese fondue, salad and then lobster tail, shrimp, filet mignon and chicken with a broth fondue and ending with a chocolate fondue. For us, the highlight was the French Onion cheese fondue. This was delicious and... More

This place was a standard Melting Pot - delicious food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, etc. As can also be sort of standard for the Melting Pot, it's not the quickest of experiences, even taking into consideration the fact that you have several courses that are all prepared at your table. Be sure to have a couple of hours of spare... More
