We were visiting from out of town and were warmly welcomed by Steve. Lots of great options. Our server, Richard reviewed all possible gluten free (celiac safe) options and there were only 6 items they could not alter. We had paella, Parmesan baked cod and...More

So great to hear! Thank you Alicia for taking the time to give us your great feedback. Please do remember us next time you're local...and let's connect as well. Chef Tony

The names attached to the trendy restaurants downtown do not mean the person is around much. This is really a somewhat rare situation where the recognizable chef-owner is actually present in the kitchen making the food. The menu is really ambitious, a full accounting of...More

VERY much appreciate your kinds words. We are here daily doing our best to impress, and keep our regulars AND new future regulars happy. Some places have lost the sense of hospitality, a curse in my book. thank you for letting us know, I've already...More

Tony’s personality is the best part of this restaurant. Food is okay. Stick to ordering fish. That is Tony’s strength. The looks of the menu is not attractive. Too many options crowded together. Atmosphere a bit dingy. A plus is Tony’s emails.

My family and I first ate at Chef Tony's about two years ago, and we've returned frequently. The restaurant is pleasant and the staff is very friendly, but it's really all about the food, and the food is extraordinary. The fish is particularly outstanding. My...More

My girlfriend and I ate here earlier this evening and it was a wonderful meal/whole experience. Steve, the host, was cordial and inviting even though we showed (inexcusably) just minutes before closing time. Richard, our server, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole menu....More

The food was typically Italian. Old school. The bathrooms were gas station. They must have had their friends and family stuff the ballot box to get “best” of anything.More

Hi MDC25? I'm really sorry to hear of your negative energy and review. Too bad we couldn't have addressed you in person, and perhaps moved you to a better place with your dining experience. I do have a lot of friends, thankfully, hardly enough to...More

We have dined here a few times and the consistently good food continues to surprise us. From the outside the restaurant is unassuming, and on the inside small. But the food and intimate setting make up for any size restrictions. The wait staff is friendly,...More
