We saw the mixed reviews but place was convenient to our trip so took a chance. Would not eat here again. Cole slaw was from prepared bag, could taste the preservatives, fried scallops were either soaked in salt solution or batter was salty, way too...More

We stopped in the Sea Basket today after reading that their fried clams were in the top 10 in New England. We had the clams and onion rings and fries. They were good, but no where near the top 10 in New England. I have...More

They offer fried food for a good price. I had shrimp, but it was popcorn shrimp and that isn't stated. I would have ordered something else had I known.

Yummy fried clams! Not strip clams, but the real thing! They also offer fried fish, shrimp and scallops. A good "fish shack", with seating!

I'd always passed by the Sea Basket in the summertime because it was so busy. Here in April, it's still busy, but that only means the locals love it. I stopped in twice. Once for fried clams and the second for haddock. I've eaten hundreds...More
