I was disspointed in this place as I had heard good things We stopped in for lunch on a Monday after 1:00. Our server seemed a little uninterested, but completely bad, but for a town that caters to tourists we would have expected more. I...More

We have been going to Portland for about 12 years. Every time we always stop at Ri Ra. Not sure we'll go back. We love Irish pubs, love the beer and the food. We asked for and received a lovely table upstairs overlooking the water....More

Excellent Guinness at a fair price - $4 pint special on Sunday. Ordered a couple shots of Jameson and they were not really a shot - more like half a glass - but who complains about that? Great service from our bar tender. Highly recommended.

We ate at the bar and the service was fine, but we thought the alcohol was a little pricy for what we got. The Cuban sandwich was good--not great--but the seafood was fresh.

I would doubt that they have separate facilities, but you could ask. Try doing an internet search for Gluten free in Portland ME and then call the restaurant to make sure. Sebago is on the list and is a nice place.

Description
As you enter Rí Rá you can imagine yourself walking through a door that leads you back in time to the peaceful and cozy atmosphere of a traditional pub 100 hundred years ago in Ireland. When you visit Rí Rá you will feel as if you are going back in time, such is the ambiance of the pub. All of the pub interiors were salvaged and restored in Ireland and shipped to Portland. The pub is on two levels, with three distinct areas.
