We visited during Maine Restaurant Week and opted for the 3-course meal adding the caviar waffle. The service was extremely slow and despite servers all over the building, we were left for 30-40 mins at a stretch with no service. Our server took our initial...More

Went there several years ago was was very pleased. This time the food was no where what it was before. It was noisy and I was overall disappointed. Over priced.

I've always been hesitant to do menus that have a wine pairing because I don't like red wine, however they were able to tailor this wine pairing to my exact taste. Not only was every course amazing, but the wine that was paired with each...More

We ordered the duck and salmon, as well as the salad greens. The salad was good, as well as the duck. The salmon was average. Also, there was too much squid ink on the salmon plate. Just a side note, why do restaurants seat parties...More

Our dinner at the Five Fifty-Five Restaurant proved that business dinners don't have to be bland and forgettable. The fresh seafood appetizer starters set the stage for a memorable dinner of field green salad and scallops. The service was excellent and everyone left pleased and...More

In a city with many first class restaurants, 555 holds it's own with the best. It has a creative and changing menu but some of its standards include a terrific grilled caesar salad and they usually have a very good hangar steak. The service is...More
