The Cupboard is a great place to get an excellent sandwich. Soups are delicious as well. You can sit outside on their patio. Indoor seating is also available. This place is always busy and it is popular with the locals. When I'm in town I always make a trip to eat here. The owner is very friendly.

We visited the light house and were looking for a place for lunch. I came across The Cupboard Cafe on here. We were SO pleased! All homemade breads and desserts. The owner was so friendly and the food was out of this world! We will definitely be back!

Adult family visited after tour of Pemaquid Lighthouse. I had eaten here before, and suggested a return. Ate outside on deck as it was a beautiful fall day. Was as delicious as prior visit - clam chowder and oversized delicious sandwiches. Friendly family-run café. Do eat there if you are in the Damariscotta area. Well worth it.

Visited here at the recommendation from a lady at Pemaquid Lighthouse, which is close by. It was the end of the season whereby a lot of restaurants in the area were no longer open. The restaurant is a cute little log cabin, open for breakfast and lunch, with a variety of sandwiches and soup. It was very clean and cozy.... More

Our family got sandwiches to take to the beach. Everything was delicious and portions ample! We called to make sure they were open and told them we couldn't see the menu online so they took a picture and texted it to us.

We never come to the area without coming here for breakfast! For roll lovers, they always have at least two different different kinds of yeast rolls-one cinnamon glazed and a sticky ( with cinnamon pecan. Its difficult to choose which to choose. It helps if you are with others so you can have some of each. The rolls are huge!!!!... More

If I could afford the calories I would have eaten breakfast here every. single. day. The sticky buns and cinnamon rolls are, without a doubt, the best I have ever eaten. The rest of the menu is varied and appealing. One of our friends was particularly fond of the Eggs Florentine and we all enjoyed delicious sides of bacon. On... More
