Having driven by the Inn several times, my husband and I finally made reservations with another couple for our (27th year!) traditional holiday dinner together: Why did we wait so long?! From the minute we walked through the door, we knew we were in for...More

My husband and I took my mom to the Youngtown Inn to celebrate her 86th birthday. The food, the wine list, service and ambiance were excellent and we had a very enjoyable evening. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Such one of a kind attention to detail done in country European elegance! So much to chose from for our diverse group. The Frenched chicken was truly unique with melt in your mouth herbed flavor. The Flat iron steak another of our groups favorite. It...More

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, fine food. The shiitake mushroom appetizer was outstanding as well. My only complaint is that the menu is somewhat limited, so check out offerings before you make a reservation.

We stayed at the Youngtown Inn for two nights in September and ate in their restaurant one night (unfortunately the restaurant was closed the other night). The food was beautifully prepared, presented and served and, by American standards, was not expensive. The French owner/chef and...More

Yes, and they have a separate room with a large table that would be perfect for a family. The owners raised three children at the Inn, I'm sure they would modify items on their menu, if requested.

If you are looking for a more personalized, unique, boutique style experience, simplicity where “guests feel incredibly connected with our destination and the local way of life”. Then look no further. The Youngtown Inn Restaurant offers elegant dining in gracious surroundings. Chef/owner Manuel Mercier draws upon his French heritage and European training to create an array of traditionally prepared dishes. Your hosts are extremely proud and grateful to have been reviewed and featured in local as well as national publications. A seasonally-changing dinner menu is supplemented with daily special offerings which take advantage of the freshest available ingredients. Lobster ravioli, rack of lamb and creme brulee have been the theme for many culinary writers. Along with delicious cuisine, the Inn offers a full bar and extensive wine list including "by-the-glass" selections.
