Having eaten here many times, I have to say that the crab cakes are my favorite! They are all crab with just enough binder to hold them together. Amazing! The staff is friendly and efficient. The view is unbeatable! The outside dining is wonderful during...More

There were five of us who dined here after hearing recommendations from a flight attendant and passenger on our plane ride. Everyone ordered something different and it was all good. I had the lobster mac and cheese, which was my most favorite meal of our...More

While in Maine I had to have some fresh seafood. While in Bangor, we were told McLaghlins was the place to go. We walked in at 6:30 on a Saturday night with no reservations and got a table right away (off Season). Mary our server...More

Both food and service were very good. Romantic setting on the water. A little pricy but worth it. We would go back.

The lobster was good and after eating a lazy one, I am now lazy or spoiled and only want my lobster out of the shell with all the work done. Portions were good. The steak and the seafood was very good. We will be back.

The views from the upper deck are nice but the food is a bit over priced for what you get. This is more of a marina type place that has fancy restaurant prices. The food was okay and the watermelon coconut margarita was very good....More

If you don’t have a reservation and there is a wait, fret not, grab an outside Adirondack chair and enjoy a cocktail while taking in the beautiful river views. We sat upstairs and the view was amazing. Service was wonderful. Our waitress had the perfect...More

The Marina location for McLaughlins is an excellent location. One of my favorites in the greater Bangor area. They did an excellent job with the remodel. The meals start of with some excellent drinks and end with some really tasty and large deserts. These pieces...More
