Absolutely fantastic! Nothing to complain about- the food was delicious, service was great, very friendly staff, the decor/ atmosphere made us feel really comfortable. We've visited only once, but this is definitely now our favourite pub in the area.

What a fabulous transformation Tremayne and Johane have made to The Swan. Tasteful interior, good ales, and cuisine of the highest quality. Fantastic.

Lovely place, great decor and a friendly, cosy atmosphere. Quite a limited menu but had a lovely meal. The mussel starter was fantastic and the beef in the beef and mushroom suet pudding just melted in the mouth....... highly recommended. Friendly bar and waiting staff. Hope to return soon.

This is a lovely place with friendly staff, giving a warm welcome on a wet winter evening. Love the mix of old world charm and contemporary finish of the lounge bar, and the elegence of the dining area. Menu is unique, but I considered some of it was rather pricey. Really good starter but I was disappointed with my fish... More

This place is very welcoming and great on so many levels. A tastefully decorated, character pub, gastro style. We were a party of 8, the staff were extremely attentive, oozed personality and went out of their way to make our evening pleasurable. The food is a delight and beautifully presented. May I suggest the addition of background music in the... More

Arrived before 12:30pm today, Sunday 3rd February as table booked for 12:30. Had to ask to be seated. Menus took 10 minutes to arrive, didn't have starters and were told our mains would be 25 minutes. Were offered some olives and bread to while away the time. 45 minutes later, no food. Spoke to a member of staff, who said... More

Went with friends for dinner on Saturday night. The pub is truly welcoming and was very cosy on a cold evening. The staff of which there are many are friendly and accommodating. We sat in the beautifully lit bar for pre dinner drinks where we ordered or meals. I had moulles which were as good as I had anywhere in... More

We have eaten at The Swan on a few occasions and have never been disappointed. We don’t write a review every time, but this does warrant one. We recently had a Birthday Party for my wife at The Swan, in the wonderful Garden Room. Whilst only catering for 40 people, we must congratulate the chef for the attention to detail... More
