Cant't review the food as I could not get in the door! 1 LARGE step that i could not get my wheelchair over. Really in a resort town you have to be kidding.

We had family in for a wedding and they wanted to try lobster rolls, chowder, and blueberry pie. This place was perfect. Close to LLBean and shops, outside seating. Reasonable prices, great food!

Felt like chowder and saw The Freeport Chowder House. My husband got the lobster stew he wasn't thrilled with it (not seasoned enough and it only had two claw sections in it) but I had the seafood chowder and it was jam packed and seasoned nicely. People came in and ordered the lobster roll and they looked amazing.

This restaurant was the worst dining experience I've had in 20 plus years! My son and I got the lobster roll and clam chowder special. The lobster had gone bad and smelled fishy. It was a do it yourself lobster roll with the mayo on the side and two small pieces of lobster on a stale roll. The clam chowder... More

Expensive lobster served cold, not freshly prepared. Meals handed out at random, not in order of orders placed. Husband couldn't eat it.

This is a very small restaurant. There was only about 6 tall two-person tables and 4 seats at a counter and It was pretty much standing room only when we arrived. They were very short-staffed with two people preparing food and one person taking orders and delivering food. It took at least 15 minutes to get our food. I had... More

We found this casual spot on a sizzling hot summer day. The chowder was good, my husband reports. He felt there was a good clam-potato ratio. We split a lobster roll. It was very good ... nicely done hot dog bun, lobster, lettuce, mayo to add. There is nothing fancy here, but we think it's good value for the price.... More
