YUM! We had great service, the food was fantastic, we had plenty of napkins and water thanks to a very attentive server, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. We have other family members who have told us how good it is so it’s not...More

When arriving you walk up a wheelchair ramp but there is no elevator to the restaurant which is on the second floor. If you can't walk up the steep staircase you must eat in the bar but the are only high topped tables. After being...More

We went for lunch with my 90 yr-old mother. Because going to the upstairs dining room was going to be a problem for her and the bar tables were full, they brought another table downstairs for us! To me, this is above and beyond! We...More

Ran up and down main street looking for a place that wouldn't blow the budget. I Was seated at another restaurant, waited 10 min. and no one showed, so we left and tried this place. Wait staff was so slow, a sweet thing, but clueless...More

Last year or the year before we were on our annual trip to Maine and planned to have dinner at Homage. Our GPS took us to the spot but all we saw was a large pile of broken and fallen timber. Turns out it had...More

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Homage Restaurant but the highlight for me was the blondie sundae. After taking my first bite, I thought to myself, “this is pure heaven”. I don’t always eat dessert but when I go back, I will...More

It's an odd layout for a restaurant, with the second floor entirely disconnected from the action on the first, and the presentation of the dishes needs some help, but the food itself was good to very good. Drinks were tasty. Service and wait staff were...More

Description
Newest American, fine casual restaurant in the area! We focus on updated versions of food memories we grew up with. Everything is fresh, from scratch and local. There is no freezer, can opener or microwave on site. Our bar top is laid with over 10,000 pennies. We wanted to throw back to a time where your bartender was your confidant, hence the "penny for your thoughts". You should see the shine on all that copper when the sun hits it just right! Our cocktails are all made with freshly squeezed juices and we incorporate a lot of locally made spirits. The draft beer line up is also unique and mostly Maine brews. Our menu has a little something for everyone. Although we don't have a separate gluten free menu over 2/3 of it is naturally gluten free. Yes even the fried chicken!! Vegetarian options are plentiful and the Steak "Wellington" is a must for the meat eaters. Dessert is to die for as we have a pastry chef on site.
