We had dinner here in August and we were hugely impressed to find such high-quality Japanese/Korean food in such a small (but very lovely!) town. We had spring rolls that were perfect and then teriyaki beef and sashimi which were both superb. We had a great wine (merlot) and the bill represented excellent value for money given the quality of... More

I love the food here and i love the atmosphere. however, the waitstaff does need some adjusting. There are specifically two women that work there and no matter how busy/slow the restaurant seems you'll never get a happy waitress with a smile and to me that is very important when im out dining. Last visit it took 30minutes to put... More

Unexpected Korean -Japanese restaurant in Bethel. There is a wide variety of dishes to chose from including some delicious house made kimchee. Sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset.

It may seem impossible to get great sushi in western Maine until you go to Cho Sun. This place is amazing and the atmosphere is just as great. It does get very crazy busy during the ski season where you can wait a bit for your order however the food is, in my opinion, very much worth it.

Not what I expected. The food was average. Tiny portions. I had to stop to get a sandwich on the way home. Had an appetizer, steak, and white rice. Won't go back.

My son recommended this to me. I would never thought of going to an oriental restaurant in the middle of the Maine woods and mountains, but I'm glad I listened to him. We ordered a wide selection off the menu, including sushi. Everything was excellent, including the service. Highly recommend!

We've visited several times and always enjoyed our meal. Between the 4 of us we've now sampled most of the menu and everyone has enjoyed their appetitizers through dessert. The atmostphere in the restuarant area is calm and inviting with soft woods and Asian art. Will definitely return.

This was our first meal at Cho Sun, and we stopped in after a long day of skiing at Sunday River. We had checked out the online menu and it looked interesting, so off we went. The food was satisfying; light, but tasty and intriguing, particularly the short ribs I ordered, the pickled zucchini condiment and those killer roasted potatoes.... More

Had a marvelous meal/time on Sunday. Corey, our waiter, was attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. The food was generous, creative, and delicious. A true exotic gem hidden away in a typical NE ski town. Highly recommend for a great dining experience!

We ate here on Sunday evening and were very pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. We will be back the next time we are visiting Bethel.
