This was my first visit to this restaurant as I am from another country. I ordered a club sandwich with a side of fries. These were home made, cooked to perfection, and not greasy. The sandwich had lots of fresh turkey meat, tomatoes were fresh, and overall a delicious sandwich. The restaurant was very busy, which is a good sign.... More

Down home cooking that is delicious. During our visit to Bangor, we stopped at Dysart's two times. The bread is warm, like it just came out of the oven. My turkey dinner was as close to a Thanksgiving dinner, as ever. I just wish that it had come out piping hot. Whooping pies are yum. Best of all is that... More

So I started with the reuben which I find difficult to mangle, but the meat was super fatty and chewy and I had to send it back. I replaced it with a very basic request of mac and cheese and it was much improved. Next time I'd order that again with bacon or buffalo chicken in it as the menu... More

We visited Dysart's and ate a late breakfast. The foot was plentiful and inexpensive, about what you'd expect for a diner. We didn't have to wait long, but the lunch rush showed up as we were leaving and they had a long wait.

The place is big part restaurant, bakery, store and a truck stop where there is showers and washer and dryers. It is a amazing place just to work through. We went at 10am on a Monday was not crowded.... More

So many choices for breakfast, dinner, or lunch. One of our go to breakfast spots. Great portions and tasty food. We have always had wonderful service there as well. Love their take-home baked goods as well.

It's a truckstop. Those guys know good food. But the restaurant is more of a family place. Chef has been featured on cable TV for quality dishes.
