Went here a long time ago and the food is still very good. The fried Onion rings was really good. No waiting!

Lots of variety, homey, friendly people, popular with tourists,This is a road food sort of place. The best Louisiana quisine is in the better restaurants. Go down the street to Rob's Donut shop for best ben-yays in Louisiana.
My wife and I got the seafood platter, soft drinks and one of Bubba's special dessert that really was a fitting end for an afternoon meal.
Excellent gumbo and po'boys! Crawfish were delicious! Doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is well worth it!

The food is good. Wish they had table side service. The entrees are good sized portions and the sides are plentiful. The carrot souffle is outstanding.
Their seafood salad and fried seafood is exceptional! Their sides of carrot soufflé and sweet potato casserole are some of the best I've eaten!
