Read some reviews, tried it, loved it. Prices were pretty reasonable. Pie looked so good but I was stuffed. Oh, and the food is all fresh! And made in front of you. Recommend it.

I have been going to Georges for years and years, I love it. I love their western omelet and I love their gyro.

George's grill is very popular with the locals. It was highly recommended by the locals in the shops near the diner. Breakfast is served all day and is very good. We also went in during lunch and ordered hamburgers and fries. The hamburgers had hand formed patties with fresh ground meat. The french fries were fresh cut and just like... More

This has the feel of an old fashioned diner. The space and parking are limited, but he food and service is great. They are known all over for their steak sandwich! It's not very big, but very flavorful!

This is a cozy restaurant, no frills but friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast and lunch options... Ayla the waitress was very friendly and attentive. I come here every time in Shreveport for breakfast one of the mornings... Yummy!

George's is justifiably famous for their great selection of pies, pies and pies. Pull up to the bar and pretend you're a character in Mimi Pond's fabulous graphic novel "Over Easy" and treat yourself to a slice of pie and a cup of coffee.

I stopped in for breakfast and found the place was busy, but I got a seat and the service was quick and efficient. They have good biscuits and I enjoyed my breakfast. Stop in early if in the area.

This diner reminds me of the diners I used to go to as a kid and listen to my grandfather talk for hours to the other guys there. They would drink coffee and tell stories of their lives, great times. This place is a great place to relax , have a cup of coffee and sit and talk. Jesse the... More

I've been going to George's whenever I visit Shreveport for decades. It is the epitome of a dive (in a great way): greasy/great burgers and fries, small dining room, a go-to for locals.
