Did some xmas shopping and then went to the Flounders. All 4 of us had different food and everyone said how good the food and service was. Must be one of the best we have visited. All freshly cooked food and great service, will be back

Don't waste your hard earned money at this chippy, was served raw food here a while ago, decided give it another go thinking it may have been a one off, i was wrong! Was served the the same again. I really dont know how they're still in business with the utter rubbish they serve up in there.

Always fresh. Fish is kept on ice but never frozen. Spotlessly clean. Staff friendly. Can be sometimes hard to park and sometimes you have to queue up but it's always worth waiting for a quality product. I go here at least once a month

Just had fish an chips with curry sauce. Chips were hard and small and tasted like they had been stood a long time. Batter on fish was soggy and the fish overcooked. The curry sauce was thin should be called curry water. My wife's portion was the same. Would recommend to avoid at all costs I will never ever be... More

On the main drag through Blackrod in a small chalet type of building parking is poor but you can park across the road where its easier. This chippy is very popular with the locals so expect to queue and you usually have to order the fish when you are queuing up. Strangely there's one one size of fish and type... More

This is a good chippy which we've been to a few times. Their rag puddings and fish are very nice, curry isn't nice though. It's a little expensive and not the biggest portions, but the food is tasty. Wish they were open longer.

Normally very nice, but got home today to find half my fish was missing! The girl put salt and vinegar on, so must have noticed but said nothing - very disappointing.

Try the Fish without batter it melts in your mouth, and the rag pudding is excellent. More chips than you can eat, great value
