We stumbled upon this place for dinner Monday night. It's in an old cotton mill. The place is great to look at and the ambiance is classy. We got right in and we're waited on quickly. We decided to order appetizers since we were not super hungry. We had the strawberry spinach salad, deviled eggs and duck fat fries. All... More

You can tell that Cory Bahr is no longer involved with this restaurant. Portion sizes have shrunk, and food quality is slipping. Too bad. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I had lunch there 11-18-16 with 4 friends. The creme brulee was runny. The fish special was black drum. One fillet of fish. A small salad. It... More

I have visited Cotton 4 times and I noted that service seemed to worsen on each occasion. The last visit, Oct 19 2016, was the worst. My friend and had previously enjoyed the Cochon de Lait, which they seem to always run out of. So this time, we called the restaurant early (2:00pm), to confirm that would have Cochon de... More

Tried the shrimp & grits & red beans & rice with pork loin adding a side salad; all were wonderful topped off with creme brûlée that had a hint of lemon. Loved the building; door mat is the only sign I saw.

The restaurant itself is very intriguing, mixing southern charm with an elegant flair - case in point - cloth napkins and beverages served in Mason Jars. The building housing the restaurant is beautiful. The food is great, seasoned very well and very nicely displayed. The downside to our lunch visit was the service; it started off fine and was overall... More

Very good. Nice service, well crafted menu items, excellent presentation. I've found the food to not always be particularly warm, especially the appetizers.

Recently went to a bridal brunch at Cotton. Food was great as was service. Shrimp and grits are my favorite, but opted for the omelet this time. Was really good!
