Love the food at Villagers. The atmosphere is casual and quaint in this small restaurant, but the food has BIG taste! Some of our favorites are the shrimp poboy and grilled chicken salad. Also popular are their yummy hand cut fries.

If you are in the area stop by and check out this place. If you are wanting a taste of good ole Louisiana food this is the place to eat. Fast friendly service. We will definitely eat here again.

This place always delivers quality service and food! Parking can get limited but food can be taken to go. Small inside but this isn't the place to linger anyway. Most people are looking for a good, quick lunch stop and back to work they go.

If you want a po-boy...made the good ole New Orleans-style way, this is your place to geaux/go....and the servings are HUGE for the price....and you better come hungry! My wife and I ate there for lunch at 1:00 PM...and we did not even eat dinner that night! She had a 1/2 shrimp po-boy, and I had the full pot-roast po-boy...and... More

I always like the Mom and Pop shops. Their sign reads "Louisiana's Best Kept Secret" and I believe it. Great food and fast service.

Was told about this place during training. Shrimp poor boy was fantastic. Everything's fresh. Chili cheese fries are excellent.

Located on HWY 167 between Lafayette and Abbeville, Maurice is small, but a po-boy lover's delight. The Villager is a small Cajun home turned po-boy Heaven. First and foremost, they boast Leidenheimer French bread. This is very important because Leidenheimer French bread is the foundation for any great po-boy. As for the selections, our favorites are the Pot Roast Beef... More
