Grayson's BBQ is where the locals eat! They serve simply delicious BBQ in a down home way. Nuttin fancy about this place but GREAT BBQ. Chopped pork on their "HOMEMADE" bun is GREAT. They offer only a few side items and limited drinks. They are a busy place with the locals and the parking lot is full of trucks. I... More

I loved Grayson's growing up in Natchitoches. I don't get back home often, but my brother, Robert Carroll, sent me a ham from Grayson's for Christmas this year. It's the best ham ever! Thank you, Robert! And thank you, Grayson's! It's as good as it always was! I'll be sharing it with my family and friends in Nashville.

Late afternoon stop for lunch, and the place was steadily busy. Most people got orders to go. Service was friendly and the food was good. Enjoyed sliced beef and ham on buns made in house. This place is not about fancy, but it is about the food. I like such places.

I've been a customer since 1962. Traveled the world with my family. My 3 sons and I are devotees of ANYTHING coming out of the pits and they frequent the store. The ladies working there are like family each time I drive in from the Houston area. My friends beg me to bring them a ham. None better worldwide. And... More

We were driving to Dallas on US 84, you can smell the the Barbeque from a distance and we were getting hungry. The building is old but cords of split wood line the property, smoke belches out of the central chimney with the aroma of roasting meat. The dining room in the back has old tables and chairs with little... More

Mouth watering ribs. Amazing chip beef sandwich on their home made sour dough buns. Oh my! My mouth is watering writing this review. You can buy the chip beef in quart containers and they sell the buns...heaven!! During the holiday season they smoke turkeys and hams for sale. Must have!

So surprised to find awesome bbq...I love the chipped beef (Texans call it chopped beef) and my very favorite is the 1/2 & 1/2. Grayson's takes baked beans and potato salad and puts them side by side in a Styrofoam container. HEAVENLY! I hear the holiday ham is something to write home about too. Definitely going to place my order... More

We read that this was such a great BBQ restaurant we couldn't miss it...worst BBQ we have ever had. The ribs were so burned that you could barley chew the bark. All that was offered was beef, ribs or ham...or combo. Beans were fresh out of a can, potato salad was fair and when I asked for a cup of... More

In fact, my whole ham just arrived for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The chopped here is so so good because it has beef, pork and ham on a huge homemade bun. Thank you Graysons for remaining true to yourself and all us old guys who have been eating there forever. Nothing like a Natchitoches food fix trip for meat pies, hot... More
