Whenever I go to Albasha I always get the same thing. I love the Chicken Shwarma plate. I always substitute the tabouli for the rice, because you can get rice anywhere. I live in NE Texas and I haven't found any Greek & Lebanese restaurants, so when I come to visit my parents I always make at least one trip... More

I have yet to be disappointed with Albasha. Today my friend and I started off with the Mousaka (Eggplant) -Baked eggplant in tomato sauce, topped with sautéed vegetables appetizer , and for our entrees had the luncheon combination Chicken Shwarma and Gyros. Unbelievably delish. Our ticket was only 33+ dollars and we had to pack half of our lunch back in... More

I'm never disappointed when we eat at Albasha's. I meet with a group of friends there for Lunch. I love many times of their offerings. In addition to the usual items, they have a really good Shrimp Soup.

I've eaten here several times. Although always crowded, I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes for a table. Food is very good and arrives in no time. I got Chicken shawarma last time and it was incredible. You won't be disappointed.

Albasha is delicious! It's one of the best out of the numerous Greek/Lebanese establishments in BR. Usually I get some variety of gyros and it's always delicious. The hummus is tangy and smooth - comparable to Mona's in New Orleans which is my favorite. I recently tried the falafel sandwich to branch out from my usual choice and was not... More

Fast service for good take out meal. Chicken shawarma is always consistently good and I love the rack of lamb. Cook perfectly. No very expensive for the amount of food you get.

It was not crowded on a Saturday night but the food and service were great. We ordered the fried cheese appetizer and it was unique and very good. Each of us ordered something different from the chicken to gyro to lamb kabob. All of the dishes were well seasoned and had large portions. Even with wine, the cost was reasonable.

Lunch on our third day in Baton Rouge was a real winner - Albasha’s Greek & Lebanese Café. Joan ordered tabouli with chicken. And I had fatoush with chicken. Both were excellent! And so much chicken! We could have ordered one of them without chicken and divided up the chicken that came on the other one. And I like how... More
