As soon as we were walked in we were welcomed by a really enthusiastic and friendly man who made sure we were happy our entire visit. The waitstaff were all really nice and the food was excellent. I had the salmon and avocado stuffed panini...- it was delicious! Even the salad served with it was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
My dad had the sausages, he commented that they were "lovely" and "so delicious" - they certainly looked good :)
Beer was excellent and the vibe of the pub was just so jolly, 10/10 would visit again if I went back to that area.More
Unpretentious, traditional pub situated just across the bridge. We were weary and starving after a long walk. We were served great food in the small courtyard garden, promptly and with a smile. Well done Ferryboat team.
We arrived just a few minutes before the restaurant was due to close mid afternoon, the staff were super friendly and we ordered some quick snacks to keep us going until dinner later in the evening. Lovely little outdoor space out back to enjoy the...sun and a glass of white too.More
We met up for a family lunch at this charming pub and were not disappointed. Social distancing measures were well in place and service was very attentive. All my gluten free needs were met and nothing was too much trouble. Prices were very reasonable and...portion sizes were excellent! We'll definitely be going back for another visit.More
First time out dining since lockdown. Had a wonderful meal in the garden room on a beautiful summer's day. Staff were great, food delicious and we felt all C19 precautions were in place and felt totally safe.
