Traveling through Paducah with a tour bus and had preordered our food, the fries were greasy, the manager was rude. Ketchup dispensers were empty. Did I mention the rudeness of the manager? It was a bunch of kids running the place, with no direction and...More

Everything in this establishment is extremely greasy. I do like the fries and how they are hand cut, but the burgers are so full of oil and gristle that they are hard to enjoy. I want to like this place, but I just can't.

Really happy with the food! Great value for the price. Lots of police, fire, and EMT memorabilia at "The place that heroes eat". Would definitely recommend!

Really love this place, but please PLEASE do something about the amount of grease on your natural-cut fries! I don't know if they just aren't being drained properly or....? There will be a big puddle of grease in your food basket from the fries. Strangely,...More
