I was so excited to find a Chuy's Mexican restaurant in Louisville. A chain restaurant, it still maintains excellent freshness which make the dishes seem to be made specially for you. They serve complimentary chips with a wonderful dip we had refilled. The menu is so large and varied, it is hard to decide what to order. We decided on... More

Stopped for lunch and had guacamole and chips. Also had a cup of chicken tortilla soup. Both were delicious and very fresh tasting. My server was friendly and very attentive.

Let's face it, it's not fine dining. However, our family really likes the chips, salsa and dips. All of the entrees we tried were delicious too. Service was good. We will stop again.

the food is good, with a medium price range. the tortilla chips are freshly made. the place i think, has a antique look, but feels a little dirty. over all, if you like Mexican food, and are in the area, try them out.

The menu is typical Tex-Mex. Service was super, with plenty of chip and salsa refills along the way. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Amber G. did a great job of serving us, She was very attentive. The #2 Elvis Combo was delicious. However, the house margarita was not very good.

Chuy's is an amazing place to eat. It's always a must when we visit our children in Louisville. The food is always delicious & I always eat way too many chips & the creamy jalapeño dip is to die for. I could just let that be my meal. However I ordered the taquitos this time. They were so good. Large... More

Visited here in June with my Granddaughter, Niece, two great-nieces. The service was great and our server very attentive to there being three children. All our orders were tasty and filling. Interesting decor. Enjoy!

Our group of 5 in general enjoyed our stop here, the enchilada's were underwhelming but the chile rellenos were fantastic, as were the warm chips and salsas. Typical Mexican fare with beans and rice with most dishes. Would definitely stop here again if travelling in the area. Stayed at Embassy Suites, not too far away from here.

The food here is consistently good and the wait staff varies on how well they do but the Chuy's dip and the salsa are the reason to come here along with the quirky decor.
