We went to sitar on a business lunch. There was a lunch buffet. The food was very poor and I ate in very minimal amounts. The desserts were not even appetizing in looks or taste. Will not recommend.

I've been to Sitar at least a dozen times now and it's one of my favorite Indian restaurants in town. I usually get the Chicken Biryani, Medium Spiciness and some Royal Naan (it has bits of Tandoori Chicken baked in), but I've also tried the...More
Okay-I've eaten at Sitar many times in the past, but hadn't been for a while. It seems there is always something not quite right about the place. Either they refuse to accept the coupon they published, or the fine print is so confusing that you...More
Sitar is a great little place. The food is great and there is only one dish I tried that I haven't like, though I can't for the life of me recall which one it was. Other than the one dish, all are flavorful and you...More
We visited at lunchtime on a Saturday when the buffet was open. Dishes were spicier than most found locally, but not overly so for an American palate, and all very aromatic. The tandoori chicken was unremarkable, but chicken tikka masala, and other dishes were very...More
The atmosphere at the restaurant is unremarkable but the food is great. I have a minor addiction to Indian food and this is the best I've had in the town. I usually pick it up on the way home after work. It's delicious!
The most horrendous Indian restaurant in the US so far... This was the worst service experienced by me in any restaurant. The staff argues with you if you tell them that the food is not good... But they won't tell you there name when asked......More
The tomato soup tasted like Campbell's. Service was terrible in that my husband asked for a sub for veggie instead of rice, as he's on a no carb diet. The server just stared back at him and said "NO!" NO subs!! We love Indian food...More
The restaurant came up with a Groupon, which I had gone with an intention to use in a party of 6 for dinner on a Friday night. However, looking the pregnant hostess-owner (only a few months in the US), and an empty restaurant, I felt...More
This is the worst restaurant I have been ever. We even got yelled at by one of their staff. This is how it began. My friend and I have been here for dinner on her birthday. I ordered a non - vegetarian thali ($15.95) and...More
