Very good thai food from the khon kaen region of thailand. If you've ever had thai, you would know that each region of thailand makes theirs differently. Service was excellent and fast, and food came out tasty and in a large portion.

Based on the reviews, we decided to go to a different place. Because we couldn't find that place, we decided to give Taste of Thai a try. Out of the four dishes we ordered, three were really good. I'm picky when it comes to Thai food. We were the only customers so service was exceptional. I am giving this place... More

Fantastic food. Clean. Friendly staff. Definitely plan to return. Yummy!!! Had the pad tai and pineapple chicken. Both perfect.

We chose this place since it appeared to be a budget-friendly choice downtown Lexington. It appears as a bit of a 'hole in the wall' in comparison to neighboring establishments, but in fact was a nice surprise. It's a family-run eatery, and the food was very tasty! My family ordered several plates to share including egg rolls, chicken satay, Thai... More

Run-down and dirty was our 1st impression. Only one other customer there. We should have walked away. Waitress was nice. We ordered fresh spring rolls,a curry dish and Pad Thai. The rolls were OK, but were sloppily made. The curry was thin with no depth of flavor and the Pad Thai was the worst I've had. No pride in the... More

It is tiny and right on Main St. It was what I hoped for. Such quirkiness often means good Thai food. I'm afraid not. The noodles in the pad see u were overcooked and soggy. The red curry was bland and uninspired. We like the food spicy but despite our request for "Thai hot" the food was mild. Overall, we... More

My 12 year old son and I ate here for lunch. We both love Thai food especially Pad Thai and was eager to give it a try. We ordered it with chicken and was not disappointed. It was the best ever! He doesn't like his spicy and I love the heat and she prepared it just as we requested. Mine... More

Found a menu online and ordered the horapa with chicken...but when I called to order, I was told they don't have that. Just FYI the menu is online isn't their menu...but still order from here! It's delicious...the hopara with chicken was actually called Basil Chicken and you can choose your level of spiciness. We also got an order of spring... More

We drove past Taste of Thai to see that it was open, at 9:10 or so... by the time we had parked, it was closed when we walked up. Seeing our sad faces, a lady came and opened the door, saying that she'd only closed early because business was slow that evening, and that we could certainly come in for... More

This restaurant has become our go-to place for great Thai food in Lexington, Kentucky. On our most recent trip, we ordered pad thai with chicken and spicy basil rice with chicken. Both were outstanding. At the moment, the restaurant is offering free thai tea, the taste of which combines perfectly with the food. The prices are reasonable, and the food... More
