Sat immediately. Wasn't busy. Wait time for drinks and food was ridiculous. 1 server and 3 runners. We were visiting but would not return.

I went there for appetizers. Wine was good but food was just so so. The atmosphere was a little disappointing. Very small.

Quick dinner this week. Tulip is a fairly high end restaurant option in Chevy Chase. Warm goat cheese salad was fairly average, but salmon and barramundi meals were both very good. Would put the Tulip in 2nd tier of fine dining restaurants of Lex.
