We booked a wonderful afternoon tea (a treat for Mothers' Day for 3 generations) today, it is a new addition to the menu I believe. I thoroughly recommend it!!!! The sandwiches and cakes were so delicious & the service was great too, even though they were rushed off their feet, bless them. It was way too much though, so we... More

Had such a lovely Mothers Day afternoon. The food was delicious, the tea was incredible, the view is breath taking and the service is outstanding. Thanks so much to all the staff for a wonderful afternoon. I can highly recommend the afternoon tea, at £15.95 it's a steal ☕️🍰🍾 xxx

My children are adults now but took them when they were little and now taking the grandchildren! This place has been going for years. Fab views from the restaurant across to Wales.

Totally unimpressed by the staff at this establishment! Rude, don't seem to care about the people that are dining. I've had an average experience at the kettle sings before however this was totally different and incredibly disappointing.

We had not visited this little restaurant/tearoom for many years and just decided to try it again for a light lunch as we were in the area - and were not disappointed. The beautiful modern conservatory-style tearoom had changed from the old wooden structure of some years ago, but the view was still magnificent, overlooking the woods and hills of... More

Been here a few times as we live in nearby Worcester. Take my young son and the staff are always accommodating. Cake and coffee is delicious. Hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict is the best sauce I've ever had! Views are wonderful. It's a very special location. Car park is small but we've always got lucky. A must visit if... More

We stopped off here for an afternoon tea after walking the Malverns. It serves most simple dishes and everyone there cleaned their plates, always a good sign. The view from the cafe is fantastic. You can see all the way to the Brecon beacons!

There's a beautiful view on a good day. The food is is lovely and home made. Ham egg and chips can't be beaten. Vegetarian options are available. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The Ritz it is not and does not purport to be. It is a lovely tearoom to which we return over and over. Oh yes, and... More

Let me be upfront - there was very good service, and the food was palatable, BUT most of the menu choices were cold. On a cold, grey, rainy lunchtime, with panoramic views obscured by mist, more than just hot soup, hot chips and hot jackets would have been welcome. My partner ordered the gammon (ham) egg and chips. It arrived... More

Wow! What gem of a place. Food was lush, tea selection was fantastic and views were beautiful. Hidden away in the hills, this place has beauty and history not to mention great food and drink. Can't wait to visit again!
