What an amazing experience. Set on a 200 year old sugar plantation, original stone farm house true to it's character. Not a lot of seating area so make sure you make reservations. The wait will be worth it. After ordering drinks, you are sent way to the chefs table... ie the kitchen to view the nights selections of proteins. On... More

Husband and I went to St. Thomas and had one of the best vacations ever! We LOVED the Old Stone Farmhouse!! The ambiance was romantic, picturesque and made for a perfect "date night" - and was only enhanced by the positively delicious food and FABULOUS service! We were surprised that our hotel (Ritz) did not include this restaurant as their... More

Have been going to the Old Stone for years. Not a fan of the new owner/chef. Everything has a curry taste. Bring back some of the old classics that were on the menu for years. Great ambience and new entrance with valet well thought out

This is one of St. Thomas' best kept secrets. The experience was delightful from the ambiance, the staff, the chefs, the entire experience. This is truly a five star restaurant and you must go because no words can truly describe except...make a reservation and experience this for yourself. We love great food and this is definitly one of the islands... More

After all the hype, I was really disappointed in our experience here. Not very accommodating for travelers with kids (and I find most fine dining establishments to have great options...and I'm not talking chicken fingers either), the waiter filled in for the sommelier and didn't do a great job, the food was good--but not outstanding. Meanwhile, the setting is gorgeous.... More

Such a unique experience. We were taken into the kitchen (which is VERY CLEAN) and shown the different types of meat and fish they offer. Everything from the vegetables to the meats are very fresh and tasty! Excellent meal especially for a special occasion.

The tour of the kitchen with explanation of the proteins available is a nice treat and highly unusual. The building is also beautiful. Food was delicious! I had the wild boar!

My husband and I went to Old Stone Farmhouse during our vacation for our anniversary dinner. It was a great place for it! The atmosphere was AMAZING! The food was good, wine list extensive, and service was fantastic. Pretty expensive.... $220 for just my husband and I, but that's what we expected. Was bummed when we asked to meet the... More

Description
The Old Stone Farmhouse is an award winning, fine dining restaurant. Set in a wooded valley close to the 11th hole of the Mahogany Run Golf Course, this restaurant is located in a 200 year old restored field house on the lush countryside of St. Thomas. It was created as a stable for a nearby Danish sugar plantation, and the walls are more than 2 feet thick. Ceiling fans and breezes blowing through the valley keep the place cool. The building's distinctive character is shown with native stone walls, original hardwood floors, brick arches, and a charming covered palm-lined courtyard. The restaurant features "Chef Inspired" fine dining in an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The cuisine is ingredient driven and will change with each season. The Old Stone Farmhouse is one of the most romantic and elegant dinner settings anywhere, offering old-world charm and a second-to-none dining experience. Personalized attention makes dining here a delight.
