Great selection of beers, very knowledgable (and personable) bartender. They make a lot of the food on site. The schnitzel is to die for. Sausage was wonderful as well.

Awesome little restaurant bar. You order at the bar and the food is brought to you. Menu is small but everything is done very well. Good prices, friendly bartender. Great German food. Also get the perogies.

Had a wonderful dinner shared with a friend. Sausages, perogies, and pretzel were amazing. The bacon slaw is perfect!

A small German theme pub with simple, good honest food and beer at very reasonable prices. The decor is far from exotic but that is part of the appeal of the place. The night we went there was live music, again very simple a man...More

I never thought that I would say hippie dive bar, Kentucky, and German food in the same sentence, at least not until now. Tucked in around a residential area, this local watering hole is a must. The giant pretzel and bar cheese is the way...More

This was our first time there. And it was awesome the food was delicious. I liked the way you have to order at the dark from the handwritten menu. I would definitely recommend this place

We love going to Wunderbar.. Everything we 've tried there is yummy, and the beer selection is beyond what you'd expect from your initial assessment of the size of the place. Tuesday night seems like open mike, we like to go and support local artists....More

You order the food at the bar from a handwritten menu on the wall. Items are erased as they sell out. You sit at a communal picnic table or outside and wait for the food to be delivered. We had the most amazing perogies, brats,...More

we took my grandchildren ages 4 and 7 and they liked the food, I'm not sure I would take them on a Friday or Saturday night, but off hours aren't that crowded, we went at 4:00 pm on a sunday afternoon
