Great chicken, homemade onion rings, German coleslaw, nice friendly staff. Definitely a place to stop while in the area!

Coleslaw is pretty much the same at all but you have to try it. Chicken wars are still ongoing in the area. Enjoy the feast. Chicken is tender and juicy

There are 3 chicken places in Pittsburgh, we tried 2 both were good. This place was always busy. Service good,chicken great,atmosphere was very nice. This is south of town and the better of the two we tried.

Always great chicken! We are never disappointed and have eaten here for many years! It's a great place for large or small groups! Love the sides, bread and of course the onion rings! They also cater!! Perfect for wedding receptions!

This food is a necessity from my childhood growing up in Pittsburg - I always eat here when in the area. I love love love the potatoes, coleslaw and chicken! AND nowadays they have the yummiest onion rings too.

I agree, I would definitely let them know what happened. I'm sure they would want to make it right. I have bought buckets of chicken there for years & never had that experience. Maybe someone new in the kitchen?
