My family enters the restaurant and as no one is at the front desk, we are overlooked. Host comes Back and skips us to ask others for seating. Again, overlooked. Then we order food only to find out 2 plates are unavailable. Hence another wait. We are ordering 3 bowls of soup and two hamburgers. 45 minutes later and 2... More

Very accommodating staff. They fixed us a delicious sampler platter to take back to our room 10 minutes before closing for the night. Excellent food and very friendly staff.

Just ok. Our server was great, the place was clean, the drinks were good. Food was just ok. Nothing too special.

The French toast is really good! My husband really enjoyed his omelet. Our waiter was really attentive too.

The breakfast buffet is actually quite spectacular. I only give three stars because aside from that I've had a drink or two there, but yeah they open early and for a sunday morning it's really reasonable and the food is superb. It's a very nice view and even in the dead of winter you can spot a few joggers along... More

It's disappointing that some hotel restaurants assume you're staying there so you have to eat there. That you don't know the area and therefore will not even try to find other options for eating. Make the extra effort if you're staying at the Grand Harbor to find somewhere else to eat. I work hard for my money and my calories... More

Our family was staying at the hotel next door. We ate a breakfast, lunch and dinner there over the course of three days. Lunch was the best meal, most consistent and best value. Soups, salad, panini and flatbreads good. Breakfast ok. Can order off menu or have the buffet. Dinner with our group was hit or miss. Many entrees seemed... More

Upon our arrival, the hostesses were amazingly friendly, polite and chatty. However, this was the best experience. Once seated, it took 16 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence. Had it been busy, we would have understood, however there were 2 servers standing at the bar chatting and tables seated after us had better service. Once I stood up to... More
