Stews were fantastic, scotch eggs great. Everything. Service great as well. One block off from most restaurants, short walk from doubletree or playhouse

Considered the best Irish restaurant in South Bend, Fiddler's Hearth is a popular place for visitors and locals alike. The food is pretty good and the service friendly and excellent. The walls are packed with Irish and Notre Dame memorabilia. Stop in on weekend nights for lively Irish music--but prepare to be in a big crowd! A fun place to... More

Once you walk into this place, it immediately gives off good vibes from the numbers of people socializing around food and drink. The food was fantastic. I will be back.

My second visit was a great as my first. It has such a pub feeling the minute you walk through the front door. Instead of a hostess there is a sign that reads "find yourself a table and make new friends ". At our arrival there was a four top with a couple who was just finishing their meal. They... More

An Irish menu for the Fighting Irish and their fans. Open table seating, so you're likely to be sharing a very large table with a bunch of strangers. Good beer selection, and if you like Irish food, you'll like the food.

I had the fish, shrimp and chips. I highly recimmend Fiddlers. The service and find were both top shelf. The fellowship with Terry, Adam and Kendall became the bonus.

Community seating. Super busy, great staff and great customers. Had a blast here and we left before the band started. Food was really good, keep up the good work. I had the 2 piece fish and chips!

We started with an incredible Scotch Egg and two pints of ale. Then I had the Classic Rueben. This isn't your ordinary rueben, it's full of house made, thick chunks of dark delicious corned beef. Topped with mild Irish cabbage slaw and swiss cheese. My wife had the shrimp, fish and chips. Served wrapped in the South Bend Tribune newspaper,... More

Authentic Irish food and beverages. Occasional live music in a rustic setting in downtown South Bend. Delicious food for all ages.
