I have been here several times. It just gets better, and it has always been awesome!!. From customer service to the food. Tonight was no exception. We had the Calamari Fritta which was just delicious, and I am VERY fussy about this seafood. Amazing menu,...and they go out of their way to ensure your requests are met. We took home dessert, which was just yummy. So much care in ensuring our take-home food was presented beautifully. Everyone that works there is just so lovely. I must give an extra thumbs up to Micheal who has served us on the past few occasions. There are 2 things I look for when I go out for a meal. 1 is good food. 2. Good input from your waiter/ waitress. Michael has amazing customer interaction skills. He has a manner that makes you feel so looked after. I live 40 mins from there, and it's a place I never have a problem with travelling to, to have that great eating out experience. If you haven't been, you are missing out!! So give it a go!! <3More

I’ve being going to montania for years and all ways pretty good. But not this time bought the big breakfast sausage was microwaved, cold cooked mushrooms, cold cooked spinach and the bacon was deep fried dry as a bone and in eatable. They did replace...the bacon but 10 minutes later after I had finished the meal. Good service but poor foodMore

If you find yourself in beautiful Ferntree Gully, do yourself a favour and have a meal here. Food is amazing, choice is great ... have a few faces. Michael, the waiter tops off the experience! He remembers what you last ordered even if you haven't...been for weeks. The kindest, most helpful waiter you will not find anywhere. George and the others are all just as friendly. I love coming to Montana's. It's always the best! The food is always spot on! Perfection everytime! The atmosphere is very comfortable... anytime we have the opportunity to go out for a meal I always want and crave the food here. And I must say.....the customer service is possibly one of the best I have ever had. All the staff are so friendly, but Michael is such a legend!! So welcoming and friendly and I think it ties in the whole experience at Montana's perfectly! Its so nice to have someone welcome you with such a genuine nature, and treating every customer as tho they are a part of an exclusive dining experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful with a great range of menu items and chefs specials with the food being consistently good every time we have been there

Just a little annoyed when i received my 2 poached eggs on toast this morning there was only 1 piece of toast. I just felt for the cost of the breakfast, that 1 piece of toast is cheapskate territory. Anyone who eats poached eggs knows...that the yolk goes everywhere so 1 piece doesn't cut it guys. Maybe charge a little extra or ask if someone wants 2 pieces. Its not that hard. Other than that, good food.More
