Loved the ambiance and history of being run by 4th generation Italian. However, the capellini was overcooked (too soft). The red sauce was ok and the meatballs were spongy. My wife got the bolonese sauce over penne and there were many small bones ground up...More

We used Open Table to reserve a table for four. While I've been to Iarias many times several years ago, it was new for my group. By 7pm, the place was hopping. The place was founded in 1913 and has been a local southside family...More

First off, this eatery has one of the best shrimp cocktails and cocktail sauces in the city. Any dish on the menu with marinara is outstanding. As an old Italian myself, I can tell when sauces and dressings are made fresh daily, and this restaurant...More

My mom and I ate here prior to a concert at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. We both had the cheese tortellini with creamy tomato sauce and added a meatball. The meals were delicious and the wait staff was very friendly.

Anytime we want Italian we think of Iaria's. My father is 88 and it is his all time favorite place for spaghettti and meatballs. We just were there over the weekend and had a special that included chicken piccata - Tortelloni and lasagna. First let...More

Not Italian gourmet, but honest food and flavors with quality ingredients and technique. Prices are fair and the Peroni is draft. Service was outstanding.

Had lunch here after we happened upon Iaria's just around lunchtime and noticed the parking was.almost full Delicious red sauce, meatballs and Italian sausage. Great Italian sandwiches. Lunch is time to go when prices are almost all less than $10. Our waitress was a sweet...More

The food was good. The service was good. Nothing wrong with this place but after hearing others rave about it, I didn't find anything particular noteworthy about it. Honestly, I could have had as good or better meal at Olive Garden. Maybe I am spoiled...More

When I went today, there is a child's menu because we had a young child and he ate the child's plate size of spaghetti meatballs - which would have suited me fine.
