"Grill your own" or the chef will grill it over open charcoal grills. Toast your Texas toast with Garlic butter or seasonings. Try the burgundy mushrooms - yummy! Great ambiance for a business meal or a night out with friends or family.

Like steaks, chops, or swordfish? Super high quality & large cuts of meat cooked to perfection on a huge charcoal grill. Cook it yourself or have their grill master handle it for you. Endless salad and baked potato bar.

If travelling through the area, you must stop at Prime Quarter. You choose your own steak and can either cook it yourself, or request the chef cook it for you. The salad bar is huge and plentiful and all of the steaks look great. You won't be disappointed.

prime quarter is a most delightful place to visit. A unique dining experience to say the least. My wife and I shared a huge sirloin steak with all the trimmings. The ambience was great, the service was exceptional, the meal was fabulous which included the salad bar, the price was very reasonable for the portions. All in all a great... More

Very pleasant and quick service. Our server Meagan was fantastic. We had our steaks prepared for us, they were juicy, and tender. Top quality cuts of meat. A good value for a family of four at a nice restaurant. The atmosphere was inviting and fit for any occasion.

Service was excellent and getting a table within 30 minutes on a Saturday night is also great. Wait staff and bartender very friendly as well. Physical looks and parking were good. This is definitely a place to experience once - even better on an "off" night. However, last night was noisy, crowded, and hard to move around. I felt like... More

When you want a good meal, this is the place. It's a cook your own which is always scary to me, but the hubs loves it. It doesn't matter what cut you pick, everything is same price. You can also get pork chop, chicken or fish I think. We usually split a larger cut steak and have the salad bar,... More

First time guest. Incredible! Cute greeter, attentive waitress, nice atmosphere, fresh salad bar, you can choose and Grill your steak yourself...or have them prepare it. They did a fantastic job on my teriyaki filet. YUM!
