After visiting many different pubs/eateries in the drivable area lately the food in the Angel struck me as being underportioned and overpriced. Friendly bar staff and good real ale though. Ill be visiting again sometime for the beer but ill be eating elsewhere im afraid.

Friendly busy pub with nice atmosphere. Food was very good, tasty and hot. Only problem was length of wait. About 45 minutes for food to be served.
