It's a little bit expensive for Italian food in my opinion, but the food is so good it's worth it. This has become our "go-to" Italian restaurant. The overall experience was excellent, taking into account the quality of food and good service provided, along with the pleasant surroundings. We were in Italy last year, and Nonna Sylvia's is comparable to... More

Food is very good and consistent! Never had a bad meal and I eat here often. I enjoy their steaks, seafood, and pasta dishes. My favorites include the gnocchi ala vodka, the Nona's Salad, and be sure to get the soft shell crab if it is available. Buttery and delicious! Been to a few of their Wine Dinners and had... More

I have had several lunches at Nonna Silvia and every one was a great experience. The food was good. The atmosphere is not loud which allows for good conversation and the ambiance of the restaurant for dinner is great as well. I feel the prices are reasonable for a luncheon menu with a nice selection of options.

I ordered the Sea Food risotto and that was my mistake. The rice was overcooked and with to much tomato sauce. I do not recommend this place.

Service very good, food very average and overpriced. Fried calamari was ok, lasagna and pasta sauce acidic, came with no sides. Dont plan to return any time soon.

Delicious gluten free pizza. Served hot and quickly. Enjoyed the sausage and plum tomatoes on the pizza.

Stopped here for lunch. What a find! Fresh, wonderful food, great atmosphere and service. I had mussels, a lunch special of white fish with mushroom sauce, Brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes. My friend had the seafood risotto. We finished with cappuccinos. Incredible. Best Caesar salad ever.

The staff was very kind and amenable, food was delicious. The calamari was the best I've ever had and the pastas (lasagna and bolognese) were great. Desserts were okay except the mason jar thingie (can't remember the name) - incredible! Clean and well kept all around. Great job!

Great place for an Italian meal. Nice cozy warm feeling with great Italian food. I've been here twice in the last three weeks and both times really enjoyed the experience and the food.

This is quite a popular spot in Park Ridge for romantic dining and family celebrations. Prices tend to be slightly on the high side, but food and wine selections are excellent. Summer brings dining al fresco in a cheery side patio along Talcott. You will be sure to see a neighbor if you live in Park Ridge or Edison Park.
