We showed up to this restaurant during their posted business hours tonight (5:50pm on a Saturday) to find the door locked. 4-5 employees made eye contact, but refused to come over and explain if/why they were closed, or even acknowledge that we were standing there....More

It is always a pleasure to eat at La Casa De Isaac & Moishe. The food is spectacular with some all-time favorites and some different and tasty dishes. The Molcajete is one of my favorites and the Guacamole is the best around.

Ten of us for lunch. Lox plate amazing. My steak sandwich was delicious. Omelletes and skillet dishes were enjoyed by several in our group

Went here for lunch great food and drink choice, My wife and I had the tacos they were delicious along with the guacamole and fresh thin homemade chips appetizer, and the margaritas were fantastic great place!!!

We had four of us and all got the Issacs Mothers Favorite Enchiladas. We all got a variety of Enchiladas and they were wonderful. The sauce is tasty, the service was good and we all enjoyed our visit. I recommend trying this out.

La Casa de Isaac and Moishe’s Restaurant is the second Mexican restaurant established in Highland Park by the Nava family from Huitzuco, Guerrero, Mexico. As family owned and operated establishments, the Nava family has brought some unique Mexican dishes to Chicago’s North Shore. Isaac’s Mother’s Favorite Enchiladas – a recipe developed by their mother, Florencia – continues to be a customer favorite. New specialty items are added continually with an emphasis on local favorites from their home region.
