Booked a week ago and when we arrived our table had other patrons on it despite our confirmation of 7pm. Told to take a seat outside and wait for our table. Once we ordered our entree garlic pizza it came out burnt and dry. The service was terrible...3 of us received our drinks and another one of our party saw her drink at the bar and it wasn’t delivered until we asked for it (probably 4 minutes later) meals were mediocre and the service was very intermittent as we weren’t sure who we should ask to serve us but really no interaction and consistency with the waiters. I loved my first time here and was embarrassed when I recommended it to my family for a get together. Let’s hope third time lucky as I prefer to go local and support local businesses. Please don’t disappoint again.

Went with the family for lunch on a cold, wet Saturday. We were the first in on opening at noon and quickly placed our drink and food orders given we had 2 young children. The options for the kids were good and the only downside was the wait of just under an hour for the food to be delivered to the table, which was testing the kids. Only other issue was sitting near the entrance which would blow open with every cold gust of wind. So it was a mix of staff and us, in having to get up and close the door to keep out the chill. Food was very good and service friendly which made up for the wait and issue with the door. Hope they fix the door and given the food would go again.

After hearing good things about the food in Tin Pan Alley, we decided to give it a try.
A very good addition to the Upwey shopping strip. The chips were the best I has tasted in a long time and the wood-fired pizzas were totally scrumptious. Quite large for a single serve and we had a fair bit left over. It was lovely and warm inside on a cold, rainy day. Friendly staff with prompt service. Will visit again!

This is definitely a dine in restaurant. Great food but if you’re taking away they don’t give a stuff about your order and on a busy night you’ll be waiting around 15-30 minutes on top of the time their woeful sms system tells you they’ll have your order ready. They stopped delivering so you have to pick up which means they’ll stand you outside in bad weather.

Once seated, we waited about 30 minutes to be served and their was a limited number of people seated at this time due to COVID restrictions. The drinks took an additional 20 minutes to arrive (beer & cocktail) and then the entree arrived 20 minutes later. We started to eat the entree and the meals arrived within seconds. The table was so small they had to pack up our entree and doggy bad it. The meals were average. Disappointed and won’t be eating their again.

Terrible customer service. Was yelled at by the “owners son” and another staff member for knocking a blind down accidentally even after apologising multiple times.
Service was also extremely slow. Meals came out 20 minutes apart, no acknowledgement about the long delays from staff.

The Pizza 🍕 is amazing .. great venue for a catch up and live music .. (photos taken from their Facebook page) .. had already eaten so couldn’t show the goods.. live music added bonus, jugs of cider an extra bonus .. my favourite place to eat ❤️

Usually come here for dinner (be sure to book for dinner as it's always busy) but tried it out for lunch. Excellent lunch menu with lunch sized servings. Had the carbonara which I thought was delicious. Would recommend as a place for lunch for sure.

Whether it's after work drinks with the ladies, dinner with colleagues or friends, I've never been disappointed. The food and staff at this little gem are fantastic and the place is always full. Be sure to book ahead so you are not disappointed.

We were excited to be taken out for dinner by my 17yo daughter. Hadn’t been to TPA for years so we were keen to return.
Once seated at our table, we placed our order via the QR code & my daughter paid. Our drinks & salad were promptly delivered but it was a totally different story with our mains. After 1.5hrs & still no pizzas, we had to advise them to cancel the order as we had another booking to get to. At this time, they informed us “the pizzas are about to go in the oven”. Are they serious- there was no effort prior to this to advise our meals were coming- what a joke! They suggested to have the pizzas as take away but we had to leave asap & we were really disappointed with the poor ‘non’ service & didn’t believe this place deserved our money. So we asked for a refund. The poor waitress - who was already embarrassed due to us not receiving our pizzas - attempted to refund the money back onto my daughter’s card, but there was an issue & they couldn’t complete it. So we were advised the owner would be in touch the next day to arrange the refund.
The next day, his call was missed, so my daughter called him back & the owner agreed to transfer the money & sent a screenshot of the transfer. 1 week later, refund was still not received so my daughter messaged again to chase her money. It was discovered he had transferred to the wrong account no. & was waiting on the bank to advise where the money had gone! After more days & many messages (often not responded to) my daughter messaged again suggesting to come in TPA & collect cash refund. He responded he was still waiting to hear from the bank where his money had gone. We are talking 5 weeks later!! 2 more weeks had passed without a message back or refund so my daughter messaged again -
“Really sorry but I’ve waited more than 7 weeks for this money. I understand that you are waiting to see where the money went but how is that fair on me. At the end of the day my family and I had a bad experience at your restaurant and if anything you should be offering a lot more then just telling me to wait for my own money”.
No immediate response…. then 10 days later a screenshot of the transfer had finally been made, with no message or apology, nothing!! It is disgusting that my daughter had to wait over 2 months to receive the refund, her own money!!
This has been the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The venue basically only serves pizza & they couldn’t even get them on our table within 1.5hrs. I also discovered after leaving, the booking allocation is only for 2 hrs so would that mean we would have had to scoff them before the next booking arrived?!?!
We will NEVER go back & do NOT recommend at all. It is really sad that someone who doesn’t care about their customers is in the hospitality trade - a really disappointing experience.

Just ordered fish and chips with a 'chocolate bomb' as a desert. DO NOT ORDER THEM. I was violently ill shortly after, throwing up all over my kitchen sink.

Well first it took 30 mins before we even received a menu....but no drinks menu..... then i ordered from the daily specials. "slow cooked beef ribs with coldslaw and chips"....
well the ribs tasted like they were boiled with BBQ sauce added....the chips were nothing special but the coldslaw was the worst.......sliced cabbage and carrot with ZERO!!! dressing......a pathetic attempt at a restaurant!!...

Out for dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we were so disappointed with our meals. My lasagne was at best lukewarm in temperature and was therefore not enjoyable. My husband’s $40 surf and turf steak was also not hot. The staff took a longer time than one would expect to ask how we were finding our meals and we told a staff member we were disappointed in the temperature of the food. She said she would pass this on but we heard nothing back. My husband also ordered an additional beverage at the beginning of our meal which was never brought to him. We rarely go out for dinner and we have a limited budget so we are most disappointed that we wasted our money here tonight. Next time we will go elsewhere.
